Really?? How much current? I am about to be receiving one in about a week. I got a 200 amp alt and a yellow top up front. Big 3 upgraded to 1/0 awg also. Will this be enough to give the Orion what it wants?

You should be fine. But the original poster sounded like a noobie (yeah, his name gave me that impression), so I wanted to be sure he understood that it takes power to make power and 2500w will reek havoc on a small stock electrical system (been there, done that)

if you look around termpro and sd you'll see quite a few of these amps in sig's & threads. not alot of folks use for daily (by comparison to hifonics, rf, kicker, etc..) cause there are cheaper options out there at less wattage.

I only know a few people who run 2500+ rms for daily.

They are awesome amps, if you have the need for them.
