I work with a girl who swears by Cowon but the problem I have heard of is with their U.S. customer support. but when I was in Korea you could buy Cowon products cheap but I thought it was just some cheap overseas stuff.

I dunno... I'm just wanting a personal media player, and it seems to fit the bill at a great price. Drop a 16gig SD card in it for ~$27... and you got a 24gig PMP for less than $160...
