hard drive question

well i have 2 hard drives that i was going to sell on ebay. if they touched the carpet are they now defective?

btw i've left hard drives on the floor before, as well as many other electrical components and not once have i had one fry.... so that just shows you the odds....but i guess the danger is always still there.

ok so then they are not defective then.

so now how much would they be worth?

one is a Maxtor 60GB, Model is 96147H6,

and the other is a Seagate 30GB, model is ST330621A.

i searched these on ebay a couple times, and havent seen any on there.

unless your carpet has a lot of static they should be fine
