ironically the county I live in is named after Robert E Lee. We have had some black movements in the past to get it changed but will never happen. I think between us and the next county south we have the biggest Republican contigency in the state.

Robert E. Lee was an amazing general. If Virginia would not have seceded to the south, he would have led the Union Forces.

He should have at least a county named after him.
