I'm happy with my 15A, the new and improved one with the aluminum backplate. I also like the sound of the K's. I freeaired an O and I was impressed.

Well I'm very happy with my B-15. Right now only have 1200w going to it in a 4.5cu box tuned to 38Hz hitting a 146 on Linear-X. Looking to add some more port area and about another 600w to hopefully get to the 150 mark.

The only thing I have noticed that kinda worries me is when I bang it pretty hard, I notice a really funky smell...kinda like some sort of glue maybe?? It's not VC...I'd notice that smell. But I have had the B-15 for a while now and I would think that all the "breaking in smells" would be gone by now, but this one never goes away. It doesn't seem to effect the performance and still sounds the same as it produces the smell so I don't think it's serious. Any thoughts??

nah, probalbly nothing...

it;s what happens as a sub approaches thermal handling limits... things start to melt... usually excess glue... you never know..

if you back it off right away, that glue could jsut be remelting...

Just think ... I don't know how many A's are out there, but there's been what, maybe 20 or so sent back in for repair, some of which are caused by user error ?

Things happen with every company ... bad news also spreads quicker than the good.

And no, quite frankly I do not want to hear that your Brahma has been sent it four thousand times, or your A's cone has cracked ... I've already read the thread's you've created moaning, groaning, *****ing and complaining about what has happened.

Yours is working fine, you got lucky in the game of chance. People ***** to vent.. and to let others know that not everything is as "super" as it may seem.

Yessir ... I know first hand that problems do happen, but in the majority of my cases, the product makes me forget about the initial problem. If my B15 broke over and over again, I wouldn't really care, why, because that's the way life works. Don't mean to sound like an *** or anything, but I've had problems, and I haven't mentioned them because to me, it's no big deal.

i am happy with one of my k's, however with the other there is a rattle coming from the cone, i just need to send it in. i can't see why people can be so dissapointed with such an outstanding warranty.
