6 ibuprofines, and V8 all day and water..From now on, take and drink as much water as you can before you go to sleep,and alot of times you wont have that H/O, but a couple beers, and water w the Ibu will help.I recommend V8 a bigg a$$ can/ jug

Hydrate yourself. Drink loads of water and it will help cleanse your system quickly.

I drink Pedialyte and something spicy if you have a strong stomach.

A spicy bloody mary does the job.

if you can get to a smoothie king, a Super Punch Plus and 2 Advil. if not a bottle of Pedialite and 2 Advil.
