haha Indoaudio PWNED

I have ordered from them, I think 3 times in the past and I had two other people order from them.. We all got our goods, as advertised, in working order and pretty quickly, so I can't complain... I just want both sides posted... But after reading all that, I'll have to re-think my next order...

Ive bought several thousand dollars worth of stuff from them with no problems. They left me good feedback every time. I had an amp go bad 8 day before the 1 year warranty they provide was up and they replaced it with another brand/model of amp (i paid the difference between the old and new). They have always responded to my emails very promptly, they might have been brief and to the point but they DID respond. I would buy from them again with zero hesitation. Oh and i paid with money orders every time. Just my .02 cents.

then dont post in a thread about the article you dont care about if your not going to read it.

by your ideals buying should be one big test. ebay is suppose to be a pain free enjoyable shoping experience. its sold as one and thats why ebay should goto lenghts to preserve this perception
You missed my point on more than one occassion. I'm not saying they are some big, great, flawless eBay store. All I'm saying is that eBay isn't there to make sure 100% of the people are happy 100% of the time. If people would just do a little research themselves and they found that everyone was complaining, the store would be forced to close. But obviously this isn't what's happening. A small minority is unsatisfied with their service, but what business is always right 100% of the time? Should Wal-Mart be closed down because they don't have a 100% success rate? What about Directed Audio? I always see refurb items from them. That means that somebody was unhappy with a product they recieved! QUICK! CLOSE THEM DOWN! The fact is that more people are happy with IndoAudio than unhappy. If you got ripped off, don't buy from them again. But don't expect to shut them down with your website.
