You missed my point on more than one occassion. I'm not saying they are some big, great, flawless
eBay store. All I'm saying is that
eBay isn't there to make sure 100% of the people are happy 100% of the time. If people would just do a little research themselves and they found that everyone was complaining, the store would be forced to close. But obviously this isn't what's happening. A small minority is unsatisfied with their service, but what business is always right 100% of the time? Should Wal-Mart be closed down because they don't have a 100% success rate? What about Directed Audio? I always see refurb items from them. That means that somebody was unhappy with a product they recieved! QUICK! CLOSE THEM DOWN!
