Had My Wisdom Teeth Pulled This Morning

yea i remember i was drinking that soup on the go stuff in the cups lol..

yum chicken/noodle and tomato soups. Could just swallow the soup whole the pieces were so small.

but that shit did get old after 2 days of it.

I just had mine done a month ago... and my girlfriend had hers done just last monday... but when i woke up it wasn't nothing like you explained.. about 30 minutes after.. i was talking on the phone and was up walking around just fine.. they said someone should take care of you for 24 hours.. but i was fine... good to take the shit out of ur mouth and drink plenty of water... Numbness went away in about 10 hours for me luckily.. i got Lortabs.... then i called acouple days later and told the DR i took them all because of the intense pain.. even though i still had like 20 left.. he gave me another prescription lol... didn't eat solid foods for about 2 weeks though.

wow, well mine were impacted.... i should of had them remvoed about 4 years ealier. i was out of commision for 1 week and had 2 weeks work of hydro percribed... all 4 teeth grew in and in all the holes you could see straight down into my jaw bone.... wooo, it was painful at times.

yeah they can be painful it depends though, as long as you pop pain killers back to back your fine but even then it can still hurt.. i had mine done on a friday though so i had the weekend off.. and missed the following monday and tuesday.. :/

Had mine pulled 9-11-02. The receptionist asked if I was sure I wanted that day. After I came to I was on a bed. Had to ask how I got there. They said I walked there. Didn't remember it at all. At that point I remember the doc bringing in my bro and saying "I'm going to tell this to both of you because you probably wont remeber," and me thinking, why wouldn't I remember? I can hear you.

I have no clue what he said. Can't remember a word.

Stayed in be and watched movies most of the day. Should have picked something that was easier to follow with less of a plot than Lord of the Rings 1.

hmm they usually prescribe hydrocodone unless your are allergic then you may get oxycodone. But NEVER Oxycontin for wisdom teeth

i got all 4 of mine out.. they said it would be so bad i wouldnt be able to go to class in 4 days

i iced it as soon as they were finished.. never took that ice off for 24 hours (kept getting new packs and re-freezing)

i never swelled up at all, nothing, no pain

i drank a ton of water, ate alot.. mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes and apple sauce

after 1 day i was fine, out and partying all you gotta do is ice it and drink and eat alot the first day and youll be good

Do you have to get them pulled out? Mine has been growing but it doesn't hurt.

Well at 6:30 i went in to the doctor and had all 4 of my wisdom teeth drilled out. I'll admit i was pretty nervous @ first. I was on an IV and then i was put to sleep. It started slowly and i didnt feel anything then my eyes got heavy and it was so odd because i couldnt fight it. The next thing i knew i was getting out of the chair and my mouth was swollen and numb. I went over to this bed with the help of a nurse and just slept b/c i was too loopy to do anything. I had gauze in my mouth and it sucked because my mouth was really dry, either that or my mouth was numb. And everypart of my face is numb right now still. But ive taken some oxycodine and now im just watching tv & stuff. I cant really drink anything but it dosent hurt to drink. I just cant find my mouth with the cup. Im kinda pissed coz i cant eat! Anybody had their wisdom teeth pulled?

I remember getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I remember being put to sleep and seeing green and blue swirls around the light before I passed out. I woke up after feeling fine. Mouth full of gauze, I walked myself to my mothers car and we went and picked up my Hydrocodone. I tried taking a drink of water and missed my mouth since my face was numb, I got it all over my shirt. So don't feel so bad.

Or doctors prescribing oxycodone for wisdom teef...

Ive gotten oxycodone from the dentist before. Last time i went he wanted to give me tylonal 3's wich are shit. I told him asprin messes with my stomache so i walked out with vicoprofin.

i got my wisdom teeth pulled a few years ago, all 4 were impacted. i was in a lot of pain for at least 2 weeks after.. for whatever reason, mine took forever to heal properly
