Had My Wisdom Teeth Pulled This Morning

Well at 6:30 i went in to the doctor and had all 4 of my wisdom teeth drilled out. I'll admit i was pretty nervous @ first. I was on an IV and then i was put to sleep. It started slowly and i didnt feel anything then my eyes got heavy and it was so odd because i couldnt fight it. The next thing i knew i was getting out of the chair and my mouth was swollen and numb. I went over to this bed with the help of a nurse and just slept b/c i was too loopy to do anything. I had gauze in my mouth and it sucked because my mouth was really dry, either that or my mouth was numb. And everypart of my face is numb right now still. But ive taken some oxycodine and now im just watching tv & stuff. I cant really drink anything but it dosent hurt to drink. I just cant find my mouth with the cup. Im kinda pissed coz i cant eat!

Anybody had their wisdom teeth pulled?

I had them pulled. Shit head Oral Surgeon messed up and damaged nerves in my upper check. Got to love arrogant dentists.

i bet he put his peepee in your mouth. i never let them put me to sleep. i don't trust doctors.....

When I woke up, I cursed everybody out, broke a table and my hand.

had mine taken out a while back, mine took forever to heal as i have low immunity to ****ing everything for some reason.. but it felt like i had four holes in the back of my mouth forever there.,

Had mine taken out this past spring break I was out and about that night going everywhere. Only bad thing that happened is one of my stitches popped and I still have a little hole on that one.

Had mine pulled with just the local freezing, didn't hurt, But it sure felt uncomfortable when they were prying on them. They broke the one tooth three times trying to get it out.

My wife is supposed to go in and get hers pulled, but they were saying they might have to break her jaw to get them out (thanks braces).

o god that medicine was good. when i had mine pulled i was hitting on the doc's assitant apparently after i woke up. after i went home and popped some pills i chilled in the living room and fell asleep but the family said my eyes were wide open and i was talking to people who werent there.

I just had mine done a month ago... and my girlfriend had hers done just last monday... but when i woke up it wasn't nothing like you explained.. about 30 minutes after.. i was talking on the phone and was up walking around just fine.. they said someone should take care of you for 24 hours.. but i was fine... good to take the shit out of ur mouth and drink plenty of water... Numbness went away in about 10 hours for me luckily.. i got Lortabs.... then i called acouple days later and told the DR i took them all because of the intense pain.. even though i still had like 20 left.. he gave me another prescription lol... didn't eat solid foods for about 2 weeks though.
