H/O alt for Civic

The cheapest one I've found for my 08 LX is $279. It puts out 85 amps at 850rpm and 140 at 1800. That's plenty for what I'll be running, just wanted to know if anyone has seen them cheaper or had one cheaper?

Anyone know what would be needed to mount this: 220AMP Alternator for Imports and Domestics - Fitzall-220 | PowerBastards.com to an 08 Civic LX? I'm sure I would have to have someone make whatever mount it would need.

ELD bypass, your civic has an ELD that will turn off the alt while driving. Upgrading the alt is pointless if you don't bypass the ELD.

I know about the ELD, just wondering about this alt.
