decided I was sick of my horn and started to mess around with other designs.

Any body guess what it took to get to this response? There is a low pass filter at 55hz involved on the top end.

nope, I'll give you a hint the Pete Kuliki name is 5 words long.

edit: and it's not a pwk box, I was simply making fun of his over explanation in what he calls the boxes he designs.

Lol the drivers look deeper than the space you have to drop them into to mount them. Using that much room for two twelve inch drivers, I'd hope that box sounds like ear sex and wakes up your local graveyard.

I hope it works out. The graph looks good. I asked for a hair trick box that could burp good also. He warned me about the 60hz drop off.
normal aperiodic enclosures do well at that, but really you could do that with a regular ported enclosure to, it just depends what your subs and car want most.

it's not very loud at all actually. It's designed to mask distortion and noise while playing flat.

The fuck?
What's so special about that? What makes it worth it over a other bandpass variations other than the flat response?
nothing, I'm an sq guy. I tried several designs and so far this came out best for my listening habits and situation. I wanted my subs inside an enclosure as well as I throw stuff in my car a lot.

also I forgot to mention there is no open chamber between the subs, all that is there is a tube the same size as the cutout. I left it open for illustration only. and no the subs don't hit, there is .75'' room at max excursion.

I have no clue what's going on with that weird azz box. I still have a lot to learn evidently.
it's just a series tuned 6th order, mounting the subs like that allows me to flatten out the freq response and save room over using a single driver. Down side is double the cost, 2 subs vs 1, and only as loud as 1. But like I said earlier out put isn't my main concern.
