You can run 2 ohm with 4 of them...
or 2 1ohm load...or 2 4ohm load

OHM CHOICES FOR RE8
1RE = 2ohms

2RE's = 1 ohm or 4ohms

3RE's = .6ohms or 6ohms

4RE's = .5ohms or 8ohms

4 8's can also run@ 2ohms i believe and 3 can run at 3ohms........i think....im not sure..

Hey,I'm new to this forum, TeamPSI,I emailed you about the 8's before I found this post.

I have been wanting to order some of the RE-8's for several months, and now seems like a great time!

IF i get 3 subs u can get a 3 ohm load... wire 2 in parallel =1 ohm then wire those in series with the last sub 2+1=3ohms But will they all see the same amount of power?

think that these will slam off of a Zapco Z100 at 3 ohm, and i'm talking the old skool 50wx2 zapco... i was figuring about 125 watts a woofer off of that amp...

I gotta admit, while it is slick, the site has some serious flaws from a design standpoint. the main page is not super clear if you have a higher resolution (as to where to go to enter) you can't skip out of the flash intro once it starts, and ti find the headings (on teh bottom strangely enough) you need to be pretty lucky to scroll over them...
