Probably because ED did it with the basket, which is patented. The only thing similar is the placement of the logo, and you cannot patent where you put a logo. We tooled the 18" dust cover as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif...JL's is not 'just' a dust cover, their whole cone assembly is one piece with the "W" cone if memory serves me correctly.

I wish they had left the logo off the Arsenal's dustcap. I much prefer the front of my Arsenal 12 compared to the new ones. The rear shot looks sweet though.

I'm in no need for a new sub(still love my 1st gen Arsenal) but I was planning to get a new one anyway when the presale started. Now I'm not so sure.
