Yeah food and **** ***** but it doesn't take much to clean it...just shampoo and condition. I use Wen, the expensive stuff they sell on QVC. My wife ordered it and hated it so I use it. I shampoo it, condition 2 times, then once dry I use one pump as a leave in conditioner. It takes like 5 minutes total and stays smooth all day.
