hmmm...if i get a selinoid i could put 1 of these inthe trunk along with my 2 red tops //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i getmoney soon too this week hopefully

thanks for the pm replies, just hold onto two of them for me, we can meet next weekend like u said, and ill pay u then, chyeaaaaaaa
no problem... dont forget to send me a reminder PM on thurs/fri. Also, I'll need you to leave me your # so I can call before I leave.

You shouldnt need a selinoid, or a isolator if you are running all Optima's...
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif what if you arnt running all optima's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

it would be cheaper to just buy another batt and sell the one up front than to buy a isolator

i might move my blue top under the hood and put the yellow in the back when i pay you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I would only recommend an isolator is if you like to play your system with the engine off alot. Keeping your starting batt isolated from your audio batts would be a good idea in that case. Otherwise, you should be fine paralleling it with any other battery as long as your not paralleling it with an old run down batt.

would it be ok to run a yellow under the hood and in the back? tyhats what i want to do, but i know some people say yellows arent good as primary batt's
Absolutely... the G31's were actually designed for industrial/agricultural use. They are meant to crank massive deisel engines (combines, tractors, dump trucks, snow plows, large boats, and other deisel equipment.) I think it will start your car just fine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif If you want to get the most out of the battery up front I would run more than just one 1/0 cable from the front to the back... or you could put them both in the back and leave your normal starting batt up front.

but i have heard from a few people that one batt will drain the other, i never really noticed it though

This is true if are using two very different batteries. Even in this case under normal useage you will be fine. When it becomes a problem is if you leave your car unattended for long periods of time... quick solution for this is to disconnect the two batteries from each other if you plan to be away from your car for more than a month or so.

i've never played with the G31 yellow top.
whats your opinion vs. a regular interstate G31?
There are only a couple of manufacturers on the market that I have found that can consistently hang with the G31 Optima... Northstar and Hawker. Everyone else is at least .5db behind in spl tests... of course you can always make up for it in numbers. (you can almost get two Int. for the normal price of a G31 Optima.)
