ground

ive always just used the ground coming out of the harness and have never had any problems. im sure there are some other opinions out there.

ah ok thanx , reason i ask is becuase i have it grounded to the ground wires from the car so yeah there is a nearby bolt i guess il just nail it down there ....are all pioneers messed up or is it just some?

I have also wondered this cause i have had to replace a in-dash tv.

And they reman company say it was because of lack of grounds.

Like the amp was pulling ground through the rca wires. Or something like that.

So this next time Im gonna run a diff ground to the h/u.

I also need to figure out better grounds for my amps.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I'm a little lost on that whole thing.

My civic just doesnt have the good grounds that I need.

doesnt' have any, make one. Pick up a riv-nut kit from Harbor Freight, drill a hole, grind paint off around hole, insert riv-nut, put bolt into riv-nut to hold wire connectors. They're a threaded insert that installs like a rivet FYI.
