i have a stock alt..the first thing ill say. second im running two AQ's with two orion 2500D's..and 4 everstart batteries from walmart all wired parallel with the front..i got two runs from the front through all 4 batteries to a dist block..and i got from the negative on the front battery wired parallel thru the batteries on the back to a dist block for the amps also...now as far as i can tell..only the last bolt on the last terminal is getting hot..and the 0 guage wire is warm also. only on the last run from the alst battery though..and the sub will cut in and out and the amps will click off for a split second. my voltage is stillr eading between 13.4-13.7 when this happens though..can someone please help me with what is happening thanks for all the help..even the constructive criticism. thank you

sorry i reposted this in general again i thought maybe it didnt post...but yea it is a little loose ill go tighten it and see what happens. than kyou

I could have told ya that, all the glory and dbfan eats it up. Same thing happens with a lot of AC disconnect boxes on air handlers with electric heat, lugs get loose and the wire heats up because of the poor connection, sometimes the breaker/contacts get pitted and even after tightening them, it still heats up and causes problems.

But atleast ya got it fixed I guess~
