Great SQL 12" 1500 rms @ 1 ohm opinions plz???

I'm looking to try out a single 12" setup I have around 3.5 cubes 2 work with for the box..

I'm looking for a sub tht has great output with great sq tht rapes the lows and sounds good all all ranges... I mainly listen to rap music... sub needs to be effecient and sound great doing it... amp will be sundown saz1500d... I was thinking RD alpha but not sure... what ya got guys???

mabie a dd3512? my 3510 has preaty good sq and def. rapes the low end.

Not really feeling my dds anymore... and $400 max for 1 12" sub be sufficient

RD Alpha. Its everything u asked for...i got a 15" and listen to rap also. Not sure on the box size tho...

Idk for one I think my box is a lil small even tho its bult to spec its 1.7 cubes each tuned to 35hz ported...

I think thy lack a strong low end thy only shine in a few notes I think more of high punchy bass I want a sub tht does both... I don't think they stransition all tht well and dd's aren't the most effcient subs... I'm starting to think the output isn't enough thy can't keep up with my cdt hd62 comp set powered by a kicker zx 650.4.. like the vocals will be loud but the subs not so much I know tht s more of a HU tuning thing but right now I have a crappy HU looking to get a pioneer 800prs soon... like my friend has 2 type r's tht sound better and louder than my dd's and his box is waaaay 2 small for them I kno I shudnt compare bcuz its all based on install and vehicle accoustics but I think my dd's should sound better... lol... I jus think its time for a change to be honest...

225 plus shipping for a bnib olm 1612 it is a very impressive sql woofer. 2.25 to 3.0 cf is all you need. 1600 rms dvc2 ohm (we run them with 2kw daily).

man that box is a half cube to small per woofer.. i have a rd 1750.. i built a 2.25 tuned to 33 with 30 in^2 of port area and output was sicking for the 265 they cost... i strongly advise u to build a new box form them or even for 1. the result will be drastically different ... im sure your going to like it alot... that box sounds horrible i know it...

What size box do you reccomend? U think the lows will improve and output I can only spare and inch or 2 in width and depth will tht be enuf?
