i just got two pioneer subs 120 watt rms and 450 wat max 4 ohm anyone know an amp that would work with these, ? i was thinking maybe a mono since they seem to be cheaper. - thanks

Go with the US acoustics USX2150 - it's at thezeb.com for 129.99 free shipping I believe. It's 150x2 at 4 ohm and cheap.

thezeb.com has some good prices. i would recommend a soundstream amp such as the rubicon series. if you can find something in the 400-500 watt mono range you should be just fine. 150 watts will be bare minimum for each speaker. try 200 to 250 if the peak is 450. you should be fine.

Or you could go with the 600.1 for a few extra bucks, then you would have some headroom (which is good) and also a decent amount of room for upgrading in the future, the 600 can be had for 180 from http://www.ikesound.com, or a little cheaper on ebay.

The 600.1 is a good pick. Even the HiFonics BX500D.
