Got the lift, wheels, tires, etc on!!!

Nice truck. I have the same tires on my stroke. This thread makes me want to come to CO for the winter and do some plowing...
I dig the tires so far, pretty quiet on the highway. Gears are still breaking in so haven't had a chance to try em out in any mud/rocks/etc yet.

Yea they are pretty quiet for a MT. I had Nitto Mud Grapplers on my old truck and I miss that hum. But I got a good deal on my Toyos and they wear better so..

Also, Ive heard to run it in 4wd a little bit to break the front gear set in. Not sure since Ive never had gears, but I need to get a set of 4.30s. Running 37s on a built motor without gears is a waste of fun.

I get a new front shaft and am lengthening the back shaft on the 13th because of the angle the lift made for them. I can't go over 40mph in 4hi with the current front shaft without horrible vibration. So I won't be breakin in that front set of gears until thats done.

I've ridden in a 250 with mudgraps....they **** *** for noise! I could never run those.

Nice. Seems like your going in the right track. As soon as I saw "Rize" I knew you wouldn't be cutting any corners.
I'm cutting corners on my diet because of this...less steak more ramen noodles //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Truck looks awesome. Love the lifted look and the rim/tire/lift combo is just right proportion wise. Rize sure does make some really good stuff too, nice to see you went out and got the good stuff and didn't cheap out on the entire venture. Re-gearing is certainly the way to go as well, specially when jumping up to 37's. Ugh makes me wanna get the lift for my truck all the sooner lol, but of course like with many things other stuff just seems to keep popping up.

God ****it, was hopin nobody would notice the pea shooter exhaust //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Computer industry for a job

It is 4wheel drive...it only has the 4.6 though...It might push snow but it wouldn't happen fast.

Thats why you put your tires in the right places when driving. True your axle/diff can bone you, but driving smart can fix that. To be honest this will be a 95% street queen though...will only be havin fun on weekend camping and fishing trips.

Edit...IFS on these f150's sucks for that clearance too...oh well, what can a person do.
Looks cool. But is kinda funny, you got a big a** manly car, with a tiny peter. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Does anyone else the humor in this? But still sh*t looks good.

Thanks guys! I'm definately diggin it. 37x13.5's fit great and I've only rubbed once and that was a hard uturn over a bump. In the future if I want I can go up another two inches up and run 38x15.5's. Not sure if I'll ever do that but I guess time will tell if/when I ever wear these tires out.

You talkin about the exhaust or my peter? Because I do have a tiny peter but thats not why I bought the truck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

The exhaust is bigger now though...3" to a 3.5" tip

Actually just went and measured, I have 14" clearance at the front crossmember and 16" at the rear axle...just a tad more than 6" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I've got a ton more at the frame so I'm not worried.

On the finance gig I loves my 0.9% loan on this truck.

Excellent job. That truck looks completely different. I'm impressed.

Thats just about exactly what I did. Mine was a 5.4 with Roush supercharger. I had slightly different rims.

I had the reg cab w. flareside box and the truck was pretty F**king useless. I never even changed the 3.73 gearing. Right after I did all these mods I sold the truck and bought the one in my sig.
