this is my second time painting it. The first time I went to a shop called one day paint and body, it took them 9 days to finish the job and cost $1200 and didn't look nearly as good as this. I'm very sastified with the results this time around.

yeah the price was very reasonable and with the warranty and clear coat I think I made out pretty well

I guess it really depends by shop. Macco can do a decent job and so can Earl's as seen here.

no I left the jams, trunk, and hood alone since they are already blue from the last paint job, and the two colors are identical so it would of been unneccessary imo. Thanks for the compliment on the color, I too really like it, when the sun hits it it really sets the metallic off and almost seems to have a purple like tint to it.

Don't have it detailed. (I'm not making this up.)

If they buff it, it'll get chalky. Clearcloat is Urethane, same as the basecoat should be; If they clearcoated a Lacquer job, (which is thicker, btw) and the buffer treats it like Urethane, you'll be chalked. Keep that warranty onhand/
