Anyhow, it's about 4.15, 70sq" tuned to 27hz.
Got it installed on Friday. I've just been driving around this weekend. $40 in gas, and alot of highway runs later, this is my mini review.
All I can say is WOW. This sub is quite the piece of machinery. This tuning, combined with the XBL, is simply awesome. It'll play anything, and play it super clean. I just can't say enough about how good this sub sounds
From Daz Dillenger to Snoop, Korn, Tool, The Chemical Brothers, The Crystal Method, DJ Tiesto, Robert Miles, Creed and the list could continue.It plays it all, VERY accurately. Playing with some Bass Mekanik V5.0, this sub in this enclosure really shows what it can do in terms of sheer output. From 30hz - 46hz, it plays extremely flat and VERY loud, atleast to the ear. (The lower tuning will obviously meter less)
I'm definitely going to build a larger more "peaky" box(something like 5-6 cubes, tuned to 34hz) to see what kind of increase in output I can get.
Also, I was showing a buddy of mine and he made the comment that it didn't sound/feel like it was coming from the back, rather it's just there.
