got some money, need help on subs

1. I can spend about 1000 on subs and amp. Maybe slightly more if needed.

2. Vehicle is 2000 Explorer / size is not an issue

3. I want a hella bass, with compensating SQ bc i listen to alotta rock too

4. Was thinking in the 2k 3k watt ballpark

So i need opinions on a setup, as fas as an amp i can manage myself pretty much, ill pry end up forking out the cash for a Sundown. Doesn't have to be 12s can be 15 if it can be setup to be clean. Originally was thinking a Fi BTL 15" but idk wanna see more options. A thought struck me today also since i have the room, maybe go with 2 or 4 12s to achieve the needed SPL while sticking with 12s to achieve the SQ. Whattya think? Basically either bunna be one or two powerhouse subs, or like 4 pretty good subs, with maybe like 4k watts. Obviously the Fi being the single powerhouse direction. Possibly some DC 4 or 5s. my electrical is stock for right now, i will be getting optima front and probably some kinetiks

about the cadence 15s, simple question - why ?

i would stay at 2000 rms then without getting a alternator, nothing higher, mb dsc 2000.1 if you can find one is a great budget 2k amp

also do big 3

You could wire them to .5 or two ohms.

If you only have 2k, buy only one of those Cadence subs...

well id run more but you guys are saying to stay at or below 2k with stock electrical and kinetiks

i mean do you think i could run both and slip by with 3k watts, i mean itll be upgraded shortly after the install maybe a week or two
