You have so much space to work with. Take off that polyfill , one time I use to much and made the sub sound worst and ouput was lower. Also make sure there are no air leaks in your box. Mess around with the LP settings.

you've nearly quadrupled displacement, and it's in the same acoustical environment of a beer can with no deadening

of course it's going to rattle reallly bad

shoot jimbo has rattles and he's only using a single 12 with like 90 watts after the 30ohm impedence rise....

Id use 2 cubes of that 6 cubes for a good size port tuned low and report back.
