I got my new bike delivered last week:

It is a 2007 Buell Lighting XB12s. Brand spanking new with 5 miles on the odo. I snagged it from Adamec Harley Davidson in Jacksonville, Fl at a bargain price. $6899.00 shipped to my door. It is a fun machine. Loads of power and not your typical cookie cutter R or ZX. Got Buell? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Thanks guys!

No racin and no burnouts yet, sorry //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i have actually been lookin at buells, i just dont care for the v-twin sound
nice bike for sure though
When I first test rode the Buell I was taken back by the sound as well. A complete change compared to the screaming supersports I am used to. It is a welcome change indeed.

The Ducatis ARE nice, no doubt but two things kept me from even looking at them. One, the riding position and the other is the $$$$. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i think a yahama fz6r or some other similar sport touring bike for my next. Im not a fan of real loud bikes either but i just love the sound of one rapping out to 13k rpm

the tail piece looks hideous, i'm sure they didnt make that bike where you cant easily take that off though

i would rather have the plate hanging from zip ties underneath than have that piece on it
