Was gonna say. Shit I am in mid130's(135.5 to be excat) with my q off 1000rms with decent electrical system woofer facing back. That was on certified TL.

I don't see why everyone says it's impossible. It's not extremely difficult to be in the high 30's, it's the mid 40's when things become a pain.

I metered a guy that had a single sealed 12" L5 and a Kicker 800.2 in the trunk of an infinity. It did a 138db.

2 10" pioneer's sealed and a some audiocrap amp in a explorer did a 141db.

My old legacy wagon did a 143db w/ 1 typeR12 and a eD 9.1 @ 42hz.

So, I would hardly say it's impossible.....

have you ever used a Mach 5 sub? If you did, you'd probably recant that statement, because they're just not designed to get uber loud, they're more of a daily grinder.

Nah, but I have found that most junk subs I have played with have been within' a db or 2, especially with low power.

i dont think anyone said that it was impossible but i find it hard to believe that a single sealed 12 and 400 watts played that high.... i say again.... not impossible, but hard to believe...
