Got my first traffic ticket today...what to do?

So i got a ticket for "supposedly" doing a stop and roll on a 4 way. I have been driving the same streets for 7+ years and have stopped the way i always stopped in front of other cops as well. I believe the ticket is $179. Or i can take it to court. My father says i should take it to court since i have a clean record (Cop also said it should not be bad because i have no infractions). or i can just pay it...I live in Miami,FL....What would be the best route for me? Pay it and get points?...Or take it to court to see what if i can get it lowered or dismissed?

You will pay higher insurance for years if you plea guilty.

I hear "ticketslayer" works and is worth the money. Look into that and use your discression.

go to court. plead no contest. theyll drop the points and probably reduce fine.

however due to low funding for cops, youll probably only gets points dropped.

I got a former manager who i am cool with who might be able to get rid of it for me...One time he had cops on stand by where i work because some kid wanted to act tough lol...the little bastard never showed.

Somehow Saturday I got out of a 56 in a 30 ticket....first time ever I've been pulled over and not gotten a ticket. I did try using ticketslayer about 2 years ago for a speeding ticket coming from CA to AZ and it didn't help.

Pay the ticket...fighting it may/ will cost more than the ticket when its all said and done.

And then, you can take the on line driving test to keep the points off and if you do the test before you pay for the ticket, in most

cases, you will get 15% off of the ticket.

Na..After talking to my former manager he said he is 95% sure he will get it tossed out. Especially since i have a good driving record...Always good to know some one with connection to 5-0.
