i dont know if anynoe mentioned this cuz i dont want to sift through 4 pages but here in california what would happen to you is you would get 'not having a license/insurance' dismissed after you bring your license and insurance paper to court and prove that you did have a license and were insured at the time. and why is your registration expired? are you waiting for your tags to come in or something? dont know about that one.. and i dont think i know anyone here in california that has got a ticket at college for bumping too loud.
