Then under that reasoning, just having a radio powering 3" full range speakers on 10 watts would be a distraction to some, just because changing the station is too big of a burden for some people to do while driving without causing an accident.

but the insurance company will try anything just to get more money off of you. theyll see you have a ticket for loud music therefore your not was attentive to the road as you should.

I wouldn't worry about it if I was you because most cops are losers that get away with murder. I just mute my system when I see one of those losers. I'm not that loud banging guy at every red light and don't ride through residential areas with it loud. I've got a lot of warnings and 3 tickets. One was thrown out, but that was for home surround sound. A pig gave me a warning at a stop light and I had the volume on 2 and I had a very weak beginner system at the time. I've been pulled over and searched for no reason a bunch and let go. All I can say is welcome to the club because its those LAMES word against yours.
