That may be a possibility, depending on what you have, but there is no ****ing way it would flex 2 inches. 6 15" XXXs of more power than you could dream of doesn't even make doors flex 2 inches in a truck. You'd literally have to bend either the frame of your car or the door itself to move that much. Realistically, it probably moves a shitload, and a half inch will look like a shitload of flex.

2" is a pretty big gap, i'm sure your door would have permanent damage(creases and such) from that, not to mention your locking mechanism would be screwed i'm sure.

looks KILLER, wondering about port/subfiring aswell.

im not talking about door jamb, im talking middle of door panel outside move at least 1.5 to 2inches. subs are facing down and port is on the back facing down. all 45's on corners

wasnt made to look good, i told the guy what i wanted and thats what i got. like i said car was bought to drive to work and thats it, $800 for any honda that runs is good. i dont car what it looks like. i will cover it all

Still, if I had paid for an install, I'd expect it to look much better than that! If it was something I'd thrown together in an afternoon and planned on cleaning up later, it'd be fine. I just don't see how anyone who does installs for money would allow that to go back to a customer. If I did installs for money, I wouldn't want you going around telling people that was my work! No offense, I'm sure it works fine, it's just that when you pay for an install you should expect something better than you could've done yourself. At least, that's my thoughts.

a shop didnt do it. a buddy of mine that installs about 4 hours from here came up here and used a local shop for me. he did all box and hooked up. i didnt expect him to clean everything up and didnt have to pay him so thats what i expected to have

only thing i had to pay for is all the materials, and then i gave him some money for doing it, but he didnt want that
