and why in the world could replacing leafs, ubolts, and maybe shocks take 14 hours..

do these trucks have control arms that need to be replaced?

somehow this lift doesnt seem 14 hr :p

but nice outcome

I can see this taking 14hours. It is a big truck. And was a lift used. If not then 14hours seams "kindof" right to me. For a weekend project at home with home tools. And some what new ppl to the work. Now If this was in a shop and it took 14 hours then I would be a little bit worried on whats up.

1) ubolts look that way because i havent trimmed them yet

2)its a full spring kit in the back audioholic. The only block being used is the stock one.

3)it took 14 hours because me, nor my father, have ever done a lift like this. Not only were we somewhat short on tools and running around to get them, stock parts arent easy to get off of a truck that hasnt been touched under there in 6 years //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Lots of parts had to soak in pbblaster, and the pitman arm had to eventually be cut off (we were breaking pitman arm pullers trying to get it off). When i orderd the kit, they told me a shop can do it all in about 8 hours, so i dont think we did THAT bad for first timers.

It's too clean to have that kind of a lift...go find some dirt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
This is after getting washed/clay bar'd/waxed. You should have seen it the day after the lift got put on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Nice ride man, Alot better when I saw her the fist time when picking up that enclosure from you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I like a clean lifed 4x4 I have owned a few myself.

But I am Vertically Challenged, I like my rides low to the ground (not hack sping jobs).

Nicetruck man....

My dad and twin bro both drive powerstrokes.

Bros truck is a 95 ext cab f250 with leveling kit and he recently just changed out his

stack from a single 7" black one to a 6" chrome.

My dads truck is a 03 F350 centurion dually. He hasn't done much to it other than custom tunes.
