all's i know is the 2 track runs it did after the turbo swap you're 13.28 wouldn't touch it. they ran a 14 flat with street tire's from the factory. 12.8 was my average on the 2 runs though

Can't be that much better CVPI engine vs the standard engine in a Vic is the same except w/o a governor.
