growing up my cousins and i used to open desk staplers up, and then wack the ISHT outta someone with the end, and it would hit so hard that it would leave a staple in or it would just hurt real bad...u should do that, in the thigh is the best place...haha

my suggestion is to make a thread on a forum about a serious situation and expect serious answers, instead of actually discussing the issue w/ your brother. i mean why confront someone when you have proof they stole money from u.

Depends on if the card was used as credit or debit.

Credit can be disputed, to where as if it was used as Debit, with your pin number, then that is not disputable by a bank.

well got some of it straighten'd out. it was purchased as a credit. bought a lighter and some cigars. and its not like i jsut gave my stuff out to him, but anyways i did last nite talk to him and he owned up. thats the best part. told him he will and has to pay me back, also told the parentalunits. they were not happy but cool that i & him atleast worked it out. sad that today i bought a small safe to lock my sh!t in. as for punishment, i took the lighter (and i dont smoke) plus i popped him a good 1, next time i told him i will break a finger....of my choise.
