Got in a horrific accident tonight......

the serial number is called an imei.... the SIM (subscriber identity module) is only used in Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile phones. And yes, IMEI's are traceable by the carrier based on what tower they are currently (or last) using....if it comes down to that. Some phone companies do have GPS tracking available... does sprint do that currently? just curious... I used to work in the customer service side of a mobile phone company...people are FREAKIN Psycho about their phones... anyways.. now that we have strayed so far off topic...

I was told by a company I used to drive for.... if you get in an accident, make sure there is no immeadiate danger to either of the parties/ vehicle occupant(s). DO NOT apologize (it's considered an admission of guilt) or talk to the other person until the 'authorities' get there. Start writing in your own words what happened... you can attach this to the police report. Then ask/see if there were any witnesses...and get their statements...if you can. People will do anything for a buck and to get out of work..lol! dont be a target for them. People that brake check are asking for trouble.... they should have at least tapped their brakes just enough to make the brake lites come on... if you continue to tailgate (not that you were) then it is the following vehicles responsibility. .... sorry, that's just my 2 pennies... I am/was a licensed DOT class A driver.

and yes...that was a terrible beer accident... lol.
