Got hosed on eBay

Make him eat it, including shipping both ways...and don't let this guy breathe until he fixes the situation.

Was the deck sent to you via USPS? If it was, file a federal mail fraud claim against him. Seriously - get this guy's name tarnished as bad as you possibly can get it until he complies and sets everything straight.

I was stiffed $130 once for a surplus UHF radio...I found out the seller was a volunteer EMS worker, and I even found a messageboard where he regularly posted. I made sure to voice my displeasure at our transaction, including all relevant information and correspondances with his local cronies and his local police //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I got my money back, that's for sure...and the amount his reputation was damaged certainly wasn't worth $130.

1.) You have his address, drive up and fight him/them.

2.) Call the local police departament nearby them.

3.) Call them and b*tch at them and say you will sue them or take them to court or some shit.

I've never had a problem with Ebay though...all my troublesome transactions have been on forums.

In fact, the seller of the latest auction I won called my cell this afternoon to confirm that my order went out today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

that would be hilarious. get a group of people to go to his house and tie him to a chair and start feeding him the headunit. start with small bites like the wiring harness and faceplate. once he eats the deck, kick him in the nuts and take his money. i don't think there would be anymore problems with this dude again.

just let it go man. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

nah jk beat this guy into the ground with rep destroying tactics as stated . .with the police and the mail fraud . . .and ebay . .paypal. . .and any other way you can emails. . .phone calls letters to him and anyone you can think of that can help in the matter. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif

This guy needs his as$ beat. Liars and cheats make things **** a lot more for real people.

I have a spare Alpine remote that probably works for your deck. Used, but lemme know -- free to you because of all the junk you've been through. Just shoot me enough to cover USPS priority and you'll have it in a few days.

^^has been done, as odd as it sounds.
Some friends of mine that I used to talk to with paintball had a guy take 900 bucks for an Alias Timmy, I think it was, guy was 4 hours away. Went down there with a 12 gauge, a cooler of beer, and camped out on the dudes front steps, he came home asked what happened, got his *** beat, they got what they wanted in return. You know the deal, it was quite funny to read about, wonder if pbnation still has it posted? *looks*
Its funny how people involved in paintball, seem to be screwed the most but they also seem to be the most willing to physically retaliate against someone for it. Im not sure about going there and hurting the guy though, like thats almost asking for more trouble. Plus I never understood how nieghbors of these people didnt see individauls assualt the scammer.

You guys telling him to go to the guys house and fight him, or show up with guns, are just ****ing retarded.

What would come of that? Hmmm......Youll be charged, and have to pay court costs/fees/lawyer fees, and probably (and rightfully) go to jail/prison. Are you people seriously that **** stupid?

Just keep after him, call him daily, and call the cops in his hometown.
