Got back from court this morning and here are the results ...

What i was being brought up on (even though most of you know)...

- Driving with suspended license

- 80 mph in 60 mph

- talking on cell phone

- Marked lanes violation

What happened ...

I keep my license but ...

6 month probation (if i dont do anything wrong the n on Jan 14 case is dropped)

All fines for the speeding/cell phone/lane violation dropped

Surcharges kept only on speeding, not for cell/suspended license/lane violation

All I gotta pay is court fees ... $375

Man did I luck out ... Judge let me speak to a representing state officer and he gave me that as an offer ... one frigin hell of an offer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

nope, im done ... actually im only gonna be driving for about a month and a half till i go to college ... i dont get a car my first year so ill be off the road most of my probation ... but the probation applies to any criminal charges ...

i havent been caught yet luckily....then again i save it for the highways. i never answer my cell driving, people can wait, and i use the opposite blinker than necessary...thats only on highways. on city streets and things like that, i follow the laws. good knowing u got off easy.
