Got arrested

Got arrested Friday night for possession of alcohol under 21, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and possession of paraphernalia.

Basically im ****ed. I'm currently on juvenile probation on suspended commitment to a juvenile program. I have 3 felony priors as a juvenile. These are my first charges as an adult. My priors are not drug charges.

I'm selling all my car audio stuff and when my packages come from SSA, and second skin i'm going to have to not accept the packages and try to get the most of my money back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I lost my job and now everything i worked towards to get to this point. Any advice? Anybody know somebody in this position?

The only advice I can offer is to change your behavoir. It seems your choices continue to put you in bad situations. So do something defferent.

If you can't change your behavior, seek help to conquer your addictions. I was in a similar situation, less the legal issues, and I had to find another outlet and move to another town. It wirked for me. I hope you find what you are looking for. As the goal is different for everyone, GL.

Sucks and only thing I can tell you, is you better straighten out your lifestyle, because you see where it is going now. Should be a huge reality check and if not, you really are not to crazy4life, when you will be locked behind bars.

I'v been doing so good to.... I made 1 mistake to go to this party and bam they hit me w/ these charges.

One of my worst fears right now is my VOP. Its for juvenile probation but i dont know how they treat that. I know a kid right now that's sitting in a juvenile program until he's 19 then they are going to make him finish his time for his new charges in jail. His charges are alot worse but still.

I'm even signed up for college and stuff... I'v done alot of lifestyle changes but i really need to do more.

Just like what has been said- the advice is to make other, better choices. The choices made so far haven't really worked for you. On the other hand you've had plenty of do-overs, so it will be more difficult to change your behaviors. Use this as a learning experience, and actually learn from it. I worked as a counselor in a juvenile facility-you can learn a lot if you are willing. Keep your head up, work harder and before you know it you will be where you want. Also, try to plead that the charges get expunged from your record if you stay clean. AND STAY CLEAN!!!
