Well set the price a little high so that none of the poor people can get some, That way only people who are balling out of control like me can buy some.x2.
This will be a once or twice thing is all, prolly. It took me about an hour and 45 minutes to cut up the hindquarter into slices. Not counting skinning the deer and quartering it up. Then marinating, placing spaced out in 5 trays of dehydrator, and all t hat.
I think I will get 4-5 dehydrator loads out of it. And a little over a pound a load...
