Got a radio but wont turn on at all

So my dad owns a used car dealership and when any caraudio stuff comes in its mine...well i took this radio out of a f 150 its a kenwood. sweet radio but i just wired everything up put it in my truck and i have nothing at all...wont power up. Im thinking it might have locked itself. anyone kno how to unlock it? im so pissed....

check if it's fuse is blown first... then check if the wire harness is properly connect to it... those 2 would be a good start hehe

done that twice...everything is working good ....fuse good and triple checked the harness...

I would bet it is a dud. Did it work before you took it out?

I wouldn't leave anything that was worth a darn in a car I was trading in.

Kenwoods with the security code display "code" on the face when they're locked. They don't just stay dead.
