No im not saying that he is a dick for giving me a ticket he was just a dick!! I mean biggest dick ever. Im not being self fish i relized i did wrong and now im paying the consequences. I relize i shouldnt be going that fast but i guess i just was in la la land. Yea and my parents trust me i dont smoke or drink. I just make a bad judgment and now im paying for it.

Ya there's usually a state/city curfew for under 18. But my parents have let me out past 12 since I was 15 1/2. They know I party and drink and shit but im reponsible. I always pick up when they call to make sure where I am, never drive drunk or get in a car with a drunk driver. It's just one of those things, if u can prove ur reponsible and mature enough I dont see any reason not to let ur kids stay out late. Its all about trust.

yea i have done that and paid by for getting my truck now i have to sell some things so i can pay my ticket. I have a 05 dakota and 100 feels like 60. Bad luck last night.

Well, my vote is **** it up and take whatever punishment they give you. You screwed up end of story. You were driving, you were pushing the gas pedal down to the floor, you made the choice, now you have to live through the consequences of that choice. All I would hope for is that you learn something from all of this.

First of all, I had an 03 Ram with the Hemi and doing 100 at night is not fun man. You can feel the difference between 100 and 60 just by the increased wind noise.

Secondly, Curfew is 1:00 AM for Minors Under-18.

Third, You were irresponsible and if you were my kid, You would of never got you vehicle back.

I'm 17 as well, You sound like a spoiled rich kid. 06 Dodge Dakota and You were doing 100 and your parents were only pissed that They had to come get it out of the Impound.

Please. I bet you haven't paid a single thing on that truck. I paid the last 10 Payments on my Dodge (around 6,000) and pay my insurance on my car I currently drive ('93 Cadillac Deville). Grow Up Man. Take some resposibility. Everyone is right you are irresponsible and a danger to the community.
