^^^^this. everyone assumes as soon as something out of the ordinary happens on their computer its automagically a virus, in truth there is is a lot less virus activity then there used to be and the ones that are active are harder to track and killUse Malware Bytes Antimalware or Hitman Pro. Its not a virus its malware thats causing the redirect. Either one of those things should clean everything up for you.
i agree with all of the suggestions so far for ridding yourself of this malware and also suggest Safer-Networking's Spybot Search and Destroy. great basic feature set and if you are little more advanced it also has some terrific tools in the advanced mode.
