google sketchup first try

this is the first time i have tried to use google sketchup...this is what i came up with

i tried to make each side and then piece them together so they would have thickness but i couldnt get it to work...i must be doing something wrong? what?

Not bad...better than me at it...lol. I wouldn't mind learning it. My box designer uses that same program combined with another and gets 3D box designs from it as well as a cut sheet.

there's a walk-through over at roe on how to do it...I looked at it once and it made things a hell of a lot easier for myself.

Wow that looks good. JBLCamry, I used the breakdown lastnight...helped a great deal. Now, I wonder what a 8 10's box would look like, subs up vent back CRX style enclosure...
