look into Jerzeys (sp) shirts.. theyre light weight and breathable.. thats what we wore in Highschool as workout shirts.. They're is also underarmour that draws moisture away from the skin to keep you cool.. it works great too.. but u may get made fun of at work for lookin like a friggin condom

i like to wear an extra big gem sweater, along with some nice and thick sweatpants.

where under armor and then a shirt over the top. Might work out.

Drink half gatorade/half water. a little sugar to keep some energy but not too much where you feel fat from drinking it all. Just mix em together.
