I just moved to san antonio a few months ago and am still not used to the heat yet and usually end up switching shirts around lunch time for being soaked.. so heres the deal..
My work requires we wear long pants, at minimum a t shirt and work boots w steel plates... So i usually wear jeans and a t shirt, but they get so **** heavy by the end of the day its killing me .. So far the avg temps here are mid 90's and 70% humidity, some days when the humidity is higher i feel like my northern a$$ is gonna pass out.. Im used to 60 below not 100+ .. Not *****in tho, i just wanted to know if there was anywhere to get some breathable pants or shirts , ive tried sporting stors ( champs , academy etc ) but nothing that i could actually get by with at work
Usually when we leave to go do our jobs ppl change into a tank top or sleeveless shirt , and maybe shorts , but if a supervisor comes around and sees that it counts as a double write up, which would not be a good thing for me 4 weeks into the job
