Hey man, i've got a 2000 Mustang GT and i would love to help you. Im really into this stuff so i would be able to help you alot. I need to know what you want out of your car and how much you want to spend? You want more looks and a little go or all go no looks or what? Just tell me what you want and how much and ill tell ya! Sweet deal...I'm lookin' for a nice Body Kit, I like the SVT Cobra one (if you know what i'm talkin' about) and then after that I already have the sound system and the upgrades I want for the ineterior. I want upgrades to make my baby fly. I want a muffler/exhaust system thats gets the real low sound and you can just hear it purr, a chip tuning, etc. But I have no idea where to buy from whos cheaper, etc. I could probably spend around $6,000 by the end of the year

Yep the LS1s are very great engines I am a camaro man but my friend bought an 00 Mustang GT so I get to know some things about Mustangs. As soon as I can I am going to get an LS1 Camaro probably a Z28 unless I can find an SS. Head and Cams on a Camaro along with an intake and exhaust will easly get 400 + Hp in a mustang that probably be around 350?

I like Camaros but there a lot more then a 2003 Mustang GT that I am gettin' for only 13,995 with only 26,500 miles on it. But with the upgrades that I'll be doing to the Ford, I'm sure I'll be plenty fine. My Uncle works on cars and he said after I put some Money down I could probably get the stand to be pushin' 450+ with about 400+ lbs of torque. So we'll see what happens.

bassani has badass exhaust stuff. definitly run an x-pipe. i think contact roush and see what they reccomend. maybe even let them think they are going to do the car just to get ideas out of them.

Well there's no way that you will be close to 450 hp or even 350 w/o getting a supercharger or turbo. There is no cobra body kit and even if there was you wouldnt be liked for doing that because you have a GT and not a cobra so make it a GT that can hang with cobra's, thats even better. I would just leave your GT as it is and add suspension and rims and stuff like that. So you're going to spend upwards of 6 grand...If you tell me all these things then i could really help you alot more....

How loud do you want your car? (Also where do you live b/c if you have emissions then you wont be able to go catless so i will need to know that also.)

What do you want out of your car? How fast or looks?

Can you install stuff or would you rather have it installed?

...give me everything you've got! what color is it?

get a Cobra hood though, those look sweet!!! so do the Cobra spoilers.
