well pretty much my bass is hittn so hard i just want to get a cheap set up and tweets so that i can hear the music itself better crossover no idea any suggestions i never installed tweeters before

Sounds like you need some help heading in the proper direction.....just adding tweeters is going to sound horrible, in all likelyhood.

Right now got the alpine Sps - 1572 2 way coaxials 250 watts , was thinkn bout either doing the tweeters or just running a small amp 2 those what you think would be better?

Amp them first.

Better yet....amp them first, and then start saving money for a good component set to replace those co-axials.

PS: They will not handle anywhere near 250w.

But...do not just "add tweeters".....bad system design, won't sound good at all.

You dont want to just "add tweets". I think I understand what you want to do, but thats not the way.

Are the Alpines currently powered by the deck? Definitely try putting an amp on them, see how that works for you.

Edit: I see that Squeak types much faster than I.
