I would suggest either the JBL GTO 75.4 or the Focal FP 4.75. Both are of high quality build and great amps.

Might not be a bad choice, as long as it does more than the rated 70w rms at 4 ohms. From the vast number of reviews out there, the RSd's should be given more power than that to get the most out of them, imo.

His requirements are 120w-140w RMS per channel.

It looks very promising... 150w RMS x 4 @ 4 Ohms @ 13.8 Volts (a lot of companies try to pull the 14.4 Volt crap)

For $179 shipped (free shipping) it looks really nice and can't forget to mention the 2 year warranty.

I will have to do some more research myself to give a solid thumbs up though.

That looks like a great deal on an amp, if I could get one for that shipped to Canada. If the output is accurate, that is.

So what did you end up getting? I'm very curious. Sadly, it doesn't look like Cadence ships to Canada, but you can always email them and see if they can arrange something for you.

Actually, I think I managed to convince they guy (ebay) to refund me for my rear 6X9's, and i'm going to just run the fronts off of a 2 channel,

the rockford power series are way underated so if that is what the birth sheet says it will do then that is what it will do....i have a 1001bd rated at 1000w rms at 1ohm and it said 1426w rms on the birth sheet....
