good small footprint 5-channel amplifier?

Can anyone suggest a good small footprint 5-channel amp that is under $300?

I like the small footprint class d amps, not sure what to look at when it comes to 5-channel amps though?

Looking for something that does around 50wrms x4 @ 4ohms, and 200x1 @ 4 ohms.
