good quality components

Hey guys i was wondering if some people can suggest some good quality component speakers, that would work with a 4x50 from the headunit so i wouldnt require an amp. I'm just looking for a good brand and model which wont sound crappy and break up when you put the volume up alot higher.

The head unit is actually gonna give you 16-22 rms watts which for comps is horrible just get some nice coaxils or get an amp to actually power some comps..what size speakers do you have...

Yeah but that's really his only option unless he wants to buy a amp to get the sound he wants..

The lower model Alpine 2 ways that Best Buy sells might be a good option if you're just looking to power them off of the HU. Go give them a listen before you buy. Or find a set you like there, then get the model number and buy it cheaper off Evilbay.

you need to find oem models that work well of low power.. thats your best bet till you get real power..

Good advice here. Research some of the mainstream brands sold locally, then go give them a listen at a shop/store to see if that's the sound you want.

Get a cheap Crunch 4ch or Planet Audio TQ404 from ebay. Kicker DS are about as low as it goes. I hooked up some Kicker DS coax to a Pioneer that was 50x4 and they still needed to be amped. If you refuse to buy an amp try these ORION COBALT CO652. A lot of people like Infinity Reference comps off HU power. I think they seem to play louder because they are 2ohm.

alright thanks alot guys, if i decide to buy an amp for the speakers, are theyre any good quality components in mind for a setup? ill be able to check the size tomorrow but as of now im just wondering in general for certain company/model from online that might be better than what you can get at lets say bestbuy

well i just ordered this kind of amp:

and it has about 111rms per channel, can anyone reccomend the best set of speakers in which i can probably buy two pairs for up to $400??

im looking for ones which can give a decent amount of bass, yet be able to go loud and still not lose any sound quality.
